What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or you delete them). Similar technologies include local storage and pixels used for the same purposes.
How we use cookies
We group cookies into the following categories:
Necessary (essential)
Required for the Service to work securely and as requested — for example remembering your theme preference, security / bot-protection checks (such as Cloudflare Turnstile on contact forms), and storing your cookie consent choice. These do not require consent under EU cookie rules.
Preferences
Remember choices that improve your experience but are not strictly required. Used only if enabled in the consent banner.
Statistics (analytics)
Help us understand how the Service is used (for example Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager). In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland these run only after you accept Statistics (or equivalent) in the consent banner; Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied until then. Outside those regions, Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing are on by default so analytics and related storage can run; you can still change preferences later via Cookie settings.
Marketing
Used for advertising or marketing measurement if enabled. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we do not enable this category unless you consent. Outside those regions it may be on by default.
