This Beta Test Agreement applies when TRIBAL grants you access to beta, preview, evaluation, or pre-release services. It supplements the Beta Service section of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
TRIBAL may provide access to beta, preview, evaluation, or pre-release versions of its Services.
2. Beta Status
Customer acknowledges that beta services:
- May contain defects
- May not operate correctly
- May change substantially
- May never become commercially available
3. Confidentiality
All beta features, documentation, functionality, and communications shall be treated as confidential information.
4. Feedback
Customer grants TRIBAL a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use feedback, suggestions, recommendations, and enhancement requests without restriction.
5. No Warranties
Beta Services are provided strictly "AS IS."
TRIBAL makes no warranties regarding functionality, availability, or performance.
6. Termination
TRIBAL may terminate beta access at any time without notice.
7. Liability
Customer assumes all risks associated with beta use.
TRIBAL shall not be liable for damages arising from beta participation.
