This Software License Agreement applies when you purchase or subscribe to Tribal software under an order form or written contract. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. License Grant
TRIBAL grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Software during the subscription term.
2. Restrictions
Customer shall not:
- Reverse engineer the Software
- Modify source code
- Create derivative works
- Sell or sublicense the Software
- Remove proprietary notices
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain exclusively with TRIBAL.
No ownership rights are transferred.
4. Customer Data
Customer retains ownership of all submitted data.
TRIBAL may process such data solely to provide Services.
5. Security
TRIBAL shall maintain commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect Customer data.
6. Support
Support services shall be provided according to the applicable subscription plan.
7. Subscription Term
The license remains valid during the active subscription period.
8. Termination
Upon termination:
- Access ceases immediately
- License rights terminate
- Customer must discontinue use
9. Disclaimer
Software is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Liability Limitation
TRIBAL's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by Customer during the prior twelve months.
